This pellet heating system has a screw conveyor. The automatic ignition process is controlled by a thermostat. If the temperature falls below a certain value, a new heating process is started.
Problem: unnoticed breakdown
The pellet heating system often fails unnoticed. If the heating fails, only a red warning light on the heating control unit lights up. As the heating system is in a separate room, the warning light remains unnoticed. If the pellet heating system fails at the weekend, this usually remains unnoticed until Monday. The consequence is that the building cools down.
Special challenge: dynamics
Depending on the temperature, the heating cycles are automatically adjusted. These cycles vary in intensity and frequency.
